Further to the announcement made on 31 January 2013, the Board of Directors of Hwang-DBS (Malaysia) Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the following subsidiaries of the Company had on 22 November 2013 held their respective Final Meeting to conclude the member's voluntary winding-up:- (1) HwangDBS Custodian Services Sdn Bhd (2) HDM Management Services Sdn Bhd (3) HDM Research & Publication Sdn Bhd The respective Return By Liquidator Relating To Final Meeting (“Returns”) have been lodged by the Liquidator with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver on 22 November 2013. The aforesaid companies will be dissolved on the expiration of three (3) months after the lodgement of the Returns pursuant to Section 272(5) of the Companies Act, 1965.
