The total purchase price of the Two Million (2,000,000.00) ordinary shares is Ringgit Malaysia Two Million (RM 2,000,000.00) only, which is paid in cash. SPSB, the purchaser, is also wholly owned subsidiary of SURIA. As the result of the said purchase, SPSB now owns 100% of the equity in SPSL. | |
