2. INFORMATION OF SPSL

SPSL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sabah Ports Sdn Bhd (subsidiary of SURIA) having its registered office at 1st and 2nd Floor, Menara Jubili, No. 53 Jalan Gaya, 88000 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia and is conducting the business of bunkering and logistics at Sabah Ports Sdn Bhd..

3. INFORMATION OF PETRO SUMMIT PTD LTD (PS)

PS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Singapore, having its registered address at 60 Anson Road #05-03 Maple Anson, Singapore and having its principal business trading activities in crude oil, middle distillate, fuel oil and supplying marine bunker fuel for ships.

4. EFFECT OF THE COLLABORATION AGREEMENT

The above Collaboration is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Company for the financial year.

5. APPROVAL REQUIRED

The above Collaboration is not is not subject to the approval of the shareholders or any government authorities.

6. DIRECTORS AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTEREST

Bhd. , a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia having its registered office at 1st and 2nd Floor, Menara Jubili, No. 53 Jalan Gaya, 88000 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia and is conducting the business of bunkering and logistics at Sabah Ports Sdn Bhd.. Through the said purchase SPSB now owns 100% equity in SPSL.
