| Description | Our announcement on 26 September 2013 relating to the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement refers. The Board of Directors of Ibraco Berhad ("IBRACO" or "the Company") wishes to update that the Company has submitted an application for extension of time to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has, via its letter dated 16 October 2013 which was received via fax on 18 October 2013, granted the Company an extension of time from 25 September 2013 until 25 March 2014. Based on the Record of Depositors of IBRACO as at 21 October 2013, the public shareholding spread was 24.59% held in the hands of 705 public shareholders. The Board of Directors of IBRACO wishes to inform that a substantial shareholder has expressed its intention to place out a portion of its shareholdings in IBRACO through a placement exercise. The placement exercise would require time to execute as the substantial shareholder needs to look for placee(s). The Company will make the necessary announcements in relation to the status of its efforts to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement every quarter of its financial year in compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
