The status todate of the proposed disposal of Poh Huat Furniture Industries
(Qingdao) Co Ltd;
The reasons for the disposal consideration not being paid according to the
terms of the Equity Transfer Agreement; and
The financial and operational impact to the Group arising from the delay in
payment of the remaining RMB14 million of the disposal consideration, taking
into account that the disposal consideration was earmarked to reduce the bank
borrowings and for working capital purposes.
