In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the existing authority for purchase of own shares shall lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM, unless renewal is obtained. (ii) proposed to seek shareholders' approval on the Proposed Amendments at the forthcoming AGM to be held at a later date. A statement/Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Share Buy-Back and Proposed Amendments to articles of association is currently being prepared and will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
