Further to the announcement dated 14 May 2013, we would like to update that the Federal Court had vacated the hearing of the appeal in this matter, which was fixed on 18 July 2013, due to the re-arrangement of cases at the Federal Court. The Federal Court has yet to fix a new date for the hearing of the appeal. We will make a further announcement once we have been informed of the new hearing date.
