Pursuant to paragraph 3.1 of the Practice Note 11 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of TA Global Berhad wishes to announce that the Company and its subsidiaries have not provided any new financial assistance during the reporting quarter ended 30 April 2013. The Board also wishes to furnish the quarterly disclosure for its money lending subsidiary, TA First Credit Sdn Bhd for the quarter ended 30 April 2013 in accordance with paragraph 3.3 of the Practice Note 11 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements as attached. This has been separately announced earlier on 9 May 2013, pursuant to paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements. This announcement is dated 25 June 2013. |

We refer to our announcements dated 9 October 2012, 10 October 2012, 28 November 2012, 30 November 2012, 18 December 2012 and 31 December 2012 in relation to the Corporate Exercises (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. Pursuant to the approval letter dated 28 November 2012 issued by the SC in relation to the Corporate Exercises, the SC had imposed a condition to rectify the additional consultant suites and conversion of car parking bays in the SunMed Property within 12 months from the date of SC’s approval letter. The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Sunway REIT is pleased to announce that Sunway Medical Centre Berhad, being the lessee of the SunMed Property and the operator of SMC, had proceeded to seek the necessary approvals for the additional consultant suites and conversion of car parking bays in the SunMed Property and had successfully obtained the certificate of completion and compliance dated 18 June 2013, which is issued pursuant to the Street Drainage and Building Act 1974 for such rectification works. This announcement is dated 25 June 2013. |
