We refer to the announcements dated 29 May 2013, 11 June 2013, 21 June 2013 and 27 June 2013 in relation to the above matter. On behalf of MPHB, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Proposed Offer for Sale has been completed on 27 June 2013 and the Proposed Listing has been completed following the admission of MPHB Capital to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the entire 715,000,000 Offer Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities today. We also wish to announce that the name of the Company has been changed to Magnum Berhad today. This announcement is dated 28 June 2013.
