The Board of Directors of PM Cap wishes to announce that the Company has yet to formalize a regularisation plan to address its PN17 status. Notwithstanding that, the Group will continue to improve the performance of its subsidiary, PM Securities Sdn Bhd, with a view to enhancing the Group’s overall financial position. The Company has approximately nine (9) months to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities for approval. This announcement is dated 2 May 2013. |
