Further to our announcements dated 18 April 2012, 17 July 2012, 16 October 2012, 15 January 2013, 12 April 2013 and 18 April 2013 in relation to the MOU entered into between DOCI and Axima, the Board of Directors of DMB is pleased to announce that Axima had on 30 April 2013 accepted a Letter of Award from Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn. Bhd. for the provision of full package related to Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning System (“HVAC”) for the 6 New Vessels Royal Malaysian Navy Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Programme (“the Project”). The Project shall be undertaken by the consortium formed by Axima and DOCI. The contract price of the Project shall be Euro 49.4 million. This award is expected to contribute positively towards the DMB group’s earnings and net assets for the period of the Project. None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or major shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the Project. This announcement is dated 2 May 2013.
