Reference is made to the announcements dated 21, 25 January, 6 February and 6 March 2013 pertaining to the Civil Suit No. 22IP-3-01/2013 ("the Civil Suit").

The Company wishes to announce that upon the application of the Plaintiffs, the court allowed the Plaintiffs to amend their Writ and Statement of Claim ("Plaintiffs' Application") and ordered the Defendants to file their respective Defence and Counterclaim within 14 days from the date of being served with the Amended Writ and Amended Statement of Claim.

In view thereof, the civil suit is now fixed for case management on 29 April 2013; and the case management fixed on 8 April 2013 has been vacated.

The Company will make the necessary announcement on further development on the matter in due course.
