(i) Chenderoh, Sungai Perak,; and (ii) Telok Datok, , Sungai Perak. To: (i) Pulau Tengah, Chenderoh, Sungai Perak; and (ii) Pulau Temelong, Temelong, Sungai Perak.
Pursuant to the above, the
Supplemental Agreement has been entered into by Gunung and PHREC to agree to
the change of coordinates/ locations for the two mini hydropower projects from
those previously identified in the Joint Venture Agreement.
Aside from the change of locations,
all other provisions in the Joint Venture Agreement remain in full force and
effect.
