Further to the announcement made by BHB on 8 October 2012 (in relation to the consent of BNM for the Parties to commence Negotiations), the Board of Directors of BHB hereby wish to announce that, the Parties have mutually agreed to seek from BNM an extension of time to conclude the Negotiations (“Extension of Time”). In this regard, the Parties have each submitted their letters dated 27 March 2013 to BNM to seek for Extension of Time. Further announcement in respect of the Extension of Time shall be made in due course. This announcement is dated 28 March 2013. | |
