Further to our announcement dated 15 January 2013, Perangsang Selangor wishes to announce the latest development on the above case involving SAP, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad (“KHSB”) which in turn is a subsidiary of Perangsang Selangor and TPGR, a subsidiary of SAP Leisure & Resort Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAP. KHSB was informed today by the solicitor acting for SAP and TPGR that the Court had vacated the date which was fixed for Decision/Clarification on 19 March 2013 as the Learned Judge was on medical leave. The Court will inform the parties in writing on the next Decision/Clarification date. Perangsang Selangor will make the necessary announcement on further development on this matter in due course. This announcement is dated 27 March 2013.
