We refer to the amended announcement made on 19 March 2013 (Ref. No. CK-130319-CFEBC) and wish to furnish herewith the following information:- With reference to Section 1.7, we wish to further clarify that the working capital expenses include, amongst others, payment of staff salaries, rental, travelling expenses as well as promotional and marketing expenses. As at to-date, the Company has yet to determine the specific allocation of the proceeds to the respective components of working capital expenses mentioned above. With reference to Section 4.2, the sentence should be read as: "The EPS is expected to decrease by approximately RM0.007 after the completion of the Disposal."
