Exemption of Stamp Duty on DanaInfra Retail Sukuk Contract Notes

DanaInfra is pleased to announce that the Company had on 7 March 2013 obtained the Ministry of Finance’s approval for the exemption of stamp duty (“Exemption”) payable on contract notes executed upon trading of DanaInfra Retail Sukuk on Bursa Malaysia Securities.

The Exemption is effective on 7 March 2013 (“Effective Date”).

Any Contract Notes executed prior to the Effective Date shall be entitled to the Exemption provided that the Contract Notes have not been stamped.

This announcement is dated 20 March 2013.
