DescriptionFurther to the Company’s announcements made on on 16 January and 21 January 2013, please refer to the attachment for the additional information requested by Bursa Securities.
Query Letter Contents We refer to the Company's announcement dated 16 January 2013 and reply to query
dated 21 January 2013 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa
Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-

1. The principal market of the "Goods" to be manufactured by Hytex Integrated
(Suzhou) Co Ltd ("HICL") for Premium Forum Sdn Bhd ("PFSB").
2. Source of funds in relation to the rental of RM2 million and the purchase
consideration of RM20 million for the manufacturing equipment given that Hytex
Integrated Berhad has defaulted its payment and is undertaking its
restructuring exercise.
3. Detail justification on the basis of the technical fees equivalent to 3% of
revenue per annum and the source of funds.
4. Salient terms and conditions of the Know-How and Technical Aid Agreement
between Shenzen Timar Scenery Energy Technology Co Ltd ("STSET") and PFSB
including the date of the said Agreement and the background information on the
STSET such as principal business and commencement date of business.
5. Whether the approval and consent from STSET is required for the transfer of
technology from PFSB to HICL.
6. To disclose the details of the key personnel that will spearhead the
manufacturing of wind generators or turbines, including but not limited to
number of years involved in renewable energy business and their working
experience.
7. The amount of financial commitment required under the Repair and Maintenance
Agreement ("RMA") and its source of funds.
8. Bases and assumptions in deriving at the projected Income Statements for the
Manufacturing Agreement and RMA and to state whether the profit projection has
been reviewd by auditors.
