Further to MWE Holdings Berhad ("MWE")'s announcement dated 19 December 2008 in connection with the Members' Voluntary Liquidation of Specific Form Sdn Bhd ("SFSB") and Realistic Returns Sdn Bhd ("RRSB"), both are indirect subsidiaries of MWE. MWE wishes to inform that the Liquidators of SFSB and RRSB had convened Final Meeting to conclude the Members' Voluntary Liquidation of SFSB and RRSB respectively. A Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting were lodged on 16 January 2013 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver on 17 January 2013, and on the expiration of three months after the said lodgement date, SFSB and RRSB will be dissolved. | |
