We refer to announcements dated 21 May 2012, 14 June 2012, 29 June 2012, 25 July 2012, 2 August 2012, 14 August 2012, 18 September 2012, 10 October 2012, 12 October 2012, 19 October 2012, 20 November 2012, 28 November 2012 and 14 December 2012 pertaining to the SCR and the Dividend Payment. On behalf of the Board of Directors of UAC, AFFIN Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the cheques for the repayment of capital pursuant to the SCR and the Dividend Payment have been despatched to the entitled shareholders of UAC on 20 December 2012. For the entitled shareholders of UAC who have registered for the eDividend, the repayment of capital pursuant to the SCR and the Dividend Payment have been paid directly to UAC’s entitled shareholders’ respective bank accounts duly registered with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd under the eDividend facility.
