Bhd.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CMMT, has on 20 December 2012 issued RM300.0 million in nominal value of Unrated MTNs under the MTN Programme. The tenure of the Unrated MTNs is four (4) years and will be expiring on 20 December 2016. The proceeds from the Unrated MTNs shall be used to refinance existing borrowings undertaken by CMMT. This announcement is dated 20 December 2012.
