Reference is made to the announcements dated 3 March 2011, 2 June 2011, 3 August 2011, 26 August 2011, 31 October 2011, 2 March 2012 and 28 August 2012 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, KIBB wishes to announce that the respective parties to the Subscription Agreement in respect of the Proposed Joint Venture and the AMSB SPA for the Proposed Land Disposal have mutually agreed in writing to extend the Condition Period for a further period of six (6) months from 3 September 2012 to 2 March 2013. Save for the foregoing extensions of the Condition Period, all the remaining terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement and the AMSB SPA shall continue to remain in full force and effect. Further, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 29 August 2012 which was received on 30 August 2012, granted LICB a further extension of time from 3 September 2012 to 2 March 2013 to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements for the submission to Bursa Securities of the draft circular in relation to the Proposals.
