Remarks :- Exercise Price
The exercise price for TAANN-CC will be adjusted as determined by the following formula:

where,
N = 1/5, being the number of new TAANN Shares (whether a whole or fraction) per existing TAANN Share each holder thereof is entitled
X = RM5.78, being the existing exercise price of TAANN-CC immediately prior to the Bonus Issue
Based on the calculation above, the exercise price of TAANN-CC will be adjusted from RM5.78 to RM4.8167.
Warrant Component/Exercise Ratio
The warrant component/exercise ratio for TAANN-CC will be adjusted as determined by the following formula:
(1+N) x E
where,
N = 1/5, being the number of new TAANN Shares (whether a whole or fraction) per existing TAANN Share each holder thereof is entitled
E = 0.125 (8 TAANN-CC to 1 TAANN Share), being the existing warrant component/exercise ratio of TAANN-CC immediately prior to the Bonus Issue.
Based on the calculation above, the warrant component/exercise ratio of TAANN-CC will be adjusted from 0.125 (8 TAANN-CC to 1 TAANN Share) to 0.1500 (6.6667 TAANN-CC to 1 TAANN Share).
The actual adjustments to TAANN-CC will take effect immediately on the ex-date of the Bonus Issue.
