("BPHB") would like to provide additional information in respond to the query letter from Bursa Malaysia dated 28 May 2012 (Ref:MM-120528-38093) in respect of the announcement made on 25 May 2012 pertaining to the execution of Share Sale Agreement between Bina Puri Properties Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 246157-M), a wholly-owned subsidiary of BPHB with KHK Capital Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 238270-M), Datin Lau Ah Lan and Mdm Tan Poh Hwa.

accounts;
2. The justifications for the purchase consideration of RM25,000,000;

4. Brief information on Star Effort Sdn Bhd; and
5. Details information on the subject land as per part C of Appendix 10A.
