Contents: Further to the Company's announcement dated 16 November 2010 in respect of the above and in reply to the letter dated 18 November 2010 from Bursa Malaysia Berhad, we wish to furnish the following additional information:
1. Net profit and net assets of Mayflower American Express Travel Services Sdn Bhd ("MAE")
Based on the audited financial statements of MAE for the financial year ended 31 December 2009, the net profit and net assets of MAE are RM2,625,175 and RM11,933,917 respectively.
2. Liabilities to be assumed
There are no liabilities, including contingent liabilities and guarantees, to be assumed by Belize Holdings Sdn Bhd pursuant to the Proposed Acquisition.
3. Approval of the relevant Government Authorities
The Proposed Acquisition is not subject to the approval of the relevant government authorities.
4. Time frame for completion
The Proposed Acquisition was completed on 16 November 2010.
