We wish to announce that MCMTech has today received the attached Press Notice from ECM Libra, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that it has extended the closing date for acceptance of the Offer for a further 25 days, from 5.00 p.m. on Thursday, 18 November 2010 to 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 13 December 2010, being the 60th day from the date of the Offer Document dated 14 October 2010 ("Extended Closing Date").
The detailed disclosure of the level of acceptances of the Offer as at 16 November 2010, in accordance with the requirement of Section 25(1) of the Malaysian Code on Take-Overs and Mergers 1998, is shown in the attached Press Notice.
