RKM is the special purpose vehicle undertaking the IPP Project. RKM had secured full total Term Loan Facilities of INR38.74 billion (approximately RM2.75 billion) or 75% of the total development expenditure for setting up of the 3 X 360 MW IPP Project.
3. Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") between Koperasi Serbaguna Peneroka Felda Chini Tiga Bhd , Promi-Quest (M) Sdn Bhd and Mudajaya Corporation Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mudajaya Group Berhad
