Pursuant to the Incorporation, HAL became a wholly-owned subsidiary of HIL, an indirect subsidiary of Prolexus and hence a new manufacturing and marketing arm of Prolexus based in China.
The present authorized registered capital of HAL is US$3 million, of which first call of US$2.05million representing 68.33% of the authorized registered capital was duly paid on 3 August 2010. The registered capital of HAL is intended to be increased progressively to US$3 million over a period of 2 years from the date of incorporation.
The investment in HAL will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of Prolexus and will not have any material effect on the earnings, gearing and net assets of Prolexus Group for the financial year ending 31 July 2011.
