Bhd., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Abric, to the Companies Registry, Hong Kong, the Company was informed on 3rd August 2010 that e-Locked had received notification from the Companies Registry, Hong Kong that e-Locked had been deregistered with effect from 9 July 2010. e-Locked is accordingly dissolved from the date of the publication of the gazette dated 9 July 2010.
The deregistration of e-Locked Asia Limited will not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of Abric Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2010. None of the Directors or major shareholders of Abric or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said deregistration.
