On behalf of the Board of Directors of OSKVI, OSK Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the High Court of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur had on 28 July 2010 granted an order confirming the Proposed Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965. The sealed order will be extracted and an office copy of the order will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia at a later date for the Proposed Capital Reduction to take effect.
The effective date of the Proposed Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.
