1) The Company has not been directly queried by the Securities Commission ("SC") with regards to any complaint about the company, thus far.
2) The Board of Mudajaya is not aware of the nature of the complaint about the company by anyone whosoever.
3) The Board of Mudajaya assures that the company operations are done in accordance with all statutory requirements and comply with all listing regulations.
4) The Company is more than willing to extend its full cooperation to the SC, if queried.
