LETTER OF AWARD FROM HARMONI PERKASA SDN BHD TO DOMAIN RESOURCES SDN BHD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF MALTON

The Board of Directors of Malton (“Board”) is pleased to announce that Domain Resources Sdn Bhd (“DRSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malton had on 18 May 2015 accepted a letter of award from Harmoni Perkasa Sdn Bhd (“HPSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Urusharta Cemerlang Sdn Bhd (a company in which Tan Sri Lim Siew Choon, the Executive Chairman of Malton is an indirect substantial shareholder), for the construction and completion of one block of hotel known as Royale Pavilion Hotel (“Construction Works”) located at Jalan Bukit Bintang/Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur for a sum of RM208 million. A contract to finalise the scope and value of the Construction Works will be entered into between DRSB and HPSB in due course.
