RIGHTS ISSUE

The terms used herein has the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 28 April 2014.

We refer to our announcements made on 28 April 2014, 5 May 2014, 24 June 2014, 24 July 2014, 12 August 2014, 5 November 2014, 20 January 2015 and 27 March 2015 in relation to the Rights Issue.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Stone Master, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce the following:

(i)  the issue price for the Rights Shares has been fixed at RM0.30 per Rights Share; and

(ii)  the exercise price for the Warrants has been fixed at RM0.30 for each New Stone Master Share.

The issue price for the Rights Shares represents a discount of approximately 26.83% to the theoretical ex-rights price (“TERP”) of New Stone Master Shares of RM0.41 based on the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price (“WAMP”) of New Stone Master Shares up to and including 12 May 2015 of RM0.87. 

The exercise price for the Warrants represents a discount of approximately 26.83% to the TERP of New Stone Master Shares of RM0.41 based on the 5-Day WAMP up to and including 12 May 2015 of RM0.87.
