Acquisition of subsidiary

The Board is pleased to announce that Bina Puri Holdings Bhd. (207184-X) has acquired five hundred and ten thousand ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in the share capital of BP Energy Sdn. Bhd. (940700-V) on 18 May 2015 for cash consideration of RM2.00 only. Subsequent to the acquisition of the said shares, BP Energy Sdn. Bhd. will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd. It is currently a dormant company.

The said acquisition is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of Bina Puri Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2015.

Please note that no directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the above matter.
