Bhd.on 14th May 2015. As the transaction is a Recurrent Related Party Transaction and the aggregate value of the consideration given in relation to the transaction,compared with the net assets of the Company as at 31 December 2014 is 3.48%. Hence the Company will seek the shareholders approval for this transaction at the forth coming General Meeting. For further details on this transaction,please refer to the attached announcement.
