The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Pineapple Resources Berhad (“PRB”) is pleased to announce that, consistent with the recommendation of the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance 2012, the Audit Committee (the “AC”) of PRB has been assisting the Board in carrying out, among other things, its responsibility of overseeing the PRB Group’s Enterprise Risk Management framework. In recognition of its risk management function, the AC shall be renamed to “Audit & Risk Management Committee” (the “ARM”) with effect from 21 April 2015. The composition of the ARM remains unchanged as follows: Mr. Lim Kah Poon (Chairman) Dato’ Lim Khoon Heng (Member) Mr. Leow Book Lim (Member)
