Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 13 August 2014, 14 August 2014, 13 November 2014 and 27 November 2014 respectively. The Board of Directors of Harvest Court Industries Berhad (“HCIB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that on 9 March 2015, the High Court has allowed the Plaintiff’s case and granted an order to restrain the Company from taking any further steps to complete the Sale and Purchase Agreement until : i) Companies Commission of Malaysia completes its’ investigation on any breach of the Companies Act, 1965 by the Company, Dato’ Lim Thiam Huat and the Company’s directors; and ii) Deputy Public Prosecutor gives confirmation as to whether to bring action against the Company’s directors and Dato’ Lim Thiam Huat. The said Court Order is only valid until 9 September 2015, which thereafter it lapses/expired. The Plaintiff is at liberty to file afresh application. Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course. This announcement is dated 13 March 2015.
