We refer to the Company's announcement dated 4 March 2015 and Bursa Malaysia's query letter dated 6 March 2015 requesting for the following additional information for public release:- 1. Plaza Pekeliling consist of 71 parcels of office lots. FITTERS Building is acquiring 70 parcels of office lots and 363 units of car park bay of Plaza Pekeliling. 2. The Proposed Acquisition will be funded through internally generated funds and/or bank borrowings, the actual mix of which will be determined later. 3. The total development cost of work suites/SOHO/hotels ("Project"), excluding the Purchase Price, is estimated to be in the region of RM50 million. 4. Subject to the obtaining of approvals from the relevant authorities, we envisage the Project to commence in the fourth quarter of 2015 and complete by fourth quarter of 2016. 5. The Proposed Acquisition is not expected to have a material effect on the earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2015. 6. The application to Economic Planning Unit of the Prime Minister's Department is expected to be submitted within 30 days from the date of the SPA. This announcement is dated 9 March 2015.

The Company will file an appeal on the High Court’s decision to the Court of Appeal on or before 1 April 2015.   Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.   This announcement is dated 9 March 2015.

ICON Oilfield Solutions Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Australian company ICON Engineering Pty Ltd, an oilfield services contractor with intellectual capital and track record in design and delivery of engineered solutions and integrated services. The Board is of the opinion that the above Agreement, once formalized, will be in the best long-term interest of KKB Group of Companies. None of the Directors or major shareholders of KKB or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above Agreement.
