On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maxwell ("Board"), RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of up to 200,000,000 Warrants (“Warrant(s)”) on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every two (2) existing ordinary shares of RM0.40 each held in the Company, on the entitlement date to be determined and announced later by the Board.

 

Details of the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants are set out in the attachment enclosed.
