Further to the announcements made on 29 August 2013, 4 September 2013,
27 September 2013, 29 October 2013, 29 November 2013, 27 December 2013, 29
January 2014, 28 February 2014, 31 March 2014, 29 April 2014, 29 May 2014, 24
June 2014, 27 June 2014, 30 July 2014, 29 August 2014, 30 September 2014 and 31
October 2014, the Board of Directors of AHB wishes to inform that AHB has today
made full payment towards the settlement of the Malayan Banking Berhad’s suit
to resolve the winding up status of AHB Technology Sdn Bhd, a dormant wholly
owned subsidiary of AHB. AHB has instructed its solicitor to apply
to the court for a stay of winding up order. This stay of winding up
order will have the same effect of disposing off the winding up
order. This process is expected to be completed within two months,
barring any unforeseen circumstances. Subsequently, AHB will apply to Bursa
Malaysia Securities Berhad for AHB to be uplifted from the PN 1 status. This announcement is dated 25 November 2014. | |
