RHB Investment Bank, on behalf of the Board, wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 23 July 2014, approved the listing of such number of new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each to be issued pursuant to the Proposed New ESOS, when aggregated with the number of new ordinary shares that may be issued pursuant to the Existing ESOS, shall not exceed 15% of the issued and paid-up ordinary share capital of HHB, subject to the, inter-alia, following conditions: (i) RHB Investment Bank is required to submit a confirmation to Bursa Securities of full compliance of the Proposed New ESOS pursuant to Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Listing Requirements and stating the effective date of implementation together with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders in general meeting approving the Proposed New ESOS; and (ii) HHB is required to furnish Bursa Securities on a quarterly basis a summary of the total number of shares listed pursuant to the Proposed New ESOS as at the end of each quarter together with a detailed computation of listing fees payables.
