(Company No.: 242730-X) (“IKSB” or “the Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of BREM, had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Mr. Tan Bun Bui (NRIC No.: 450424-10-5497) (“the Vendor”) for the acquisition of a piece of freehold land held under No Hakmilik 1228, Lot 1918, Tempat Sungai Teba, Mukim Batu, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan (“the Property”) and measuring approximately 1.239 hectares (133,367.34 square feet) in area for a total cash consideration of RM24,672,958.40 (“Purchase Price”) subject to the terms and conditions of the SPA.
