We refer to our announcement of 28 April 2014 in respect of the above matter.   Gamuda wishes to announce that the Kuala Lumpur High Court has at the hearing today, granted Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd's (“SPLASH”) application for leave to bring Judicial Review proceedings against Lembaga Urus Air Selangor (“LUAS”).   The Kuala Lumpur High Court further ordered a stay of LUAS’s decision to not renew SPLASH’s raw water abstraction licence and the status quo is maintained until the full and final disposal of the Judicial Review application.     This announcement is dated 20 June 2014.
