The Board of Directors of Power Root wishes to announce the following additional information in respect of Section 2.3 of the Announcement dated 29 April 2014: DETAILS OF THE PROPOSED DISPOSAL Basis of Determining the Disposal Consideration The Disposal Consideration of RM3 million (RM1.5 million per share) for the Proposed Disposal was arrived at on a willing-buyer willing-seller basis, after taking into consideration the latest unaudited earnings of PRME for the financial year ended 28 February 2014 of approximately UAE Dhs. 6.6 million (equivalent to RM5.8 million) or RM116,000 per share. As such, the Disposal Consideration represents a price-earnings ("PE") ratio of 12.9 times. This announcement is dated 30 April 2014.
