(Company No. 1049034-T) of 5A, Jalan Cucur, Taman Sri Jaya, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor (“the Vendor”) for the purpose of purchasing a piece of 60 years leasehold land held under PN No. 39897, Lot 75069, in the Mukim of Kulai, District of Kulaijaya, Johor measuring approximately 2.023 hectare with the lease period expiring on 31 March 2066 (hereinafter referred to as “the Land”) for a total purchase consideration of RM6,795,000/- (Ringgit Malaysia: Six Million Seven Hundred and Ninety-Five Thousand) (“Purchase Price”) only (“Proposed Acquisition of Land”), upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA.
