On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that as at the close of acceptance, excess application and payment for the Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants at 5.00 p.m. on 7 January 2014 (“Closing Date”), the total valid acceptances and excess applications received for the Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants was 99,590,733 Rights Shares with Warrants, representing approximately 115.04% of the Rights Shares with Warrants available for acceptances under the Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants, which represents an over-subscription rate of 15.04%.
The Board has applied the following basis in allocating the excess Rights Shares with Warrants, in accordance with the Abridged Prospectus dated 19 December 2013:
