We refer to our announcement on 27 November 2013 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between the Company and Molecor Tecnologia S.L.. The Board of Directors of FITTERS wishes to announce that purusuant to the agreed equity participation in the issued and paid-up share capital of Molecor (SEA) Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as FITTERS Industries Sdn. Bhd.), the Company and Ricwil (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. had on 20 January 2014 subscribed for the following new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Molecor (SEA) Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as FITTERS Industries Sdn. Bhd.):- 1) FITTERS - 12,675,000 shares. 2) Ricwil (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. - 4,875,000 shares. Consequent upon the above subscription, the resultant shareholdings of FITTERS and Ricwil (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Molecor (M) Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as FITTERS Industries Sdn. Bhd.) are as follows:- 1) FITTERS - 13,000,000 shares. 2) Ricwil (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. - 5,000,000 shares.
