On behalf of the Board of Directors of Power Root, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Power Root will be issuing 93,685 new ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in Power Root pursuant to the DRP (“New Shares”) applied to the Final Dividend of Power Root in respect of the financial year ended 28 February 2013, based on the valid Dividend Reinvestment Forms received by Symphony Share Registrars Sdn. Bhd., the Share Registrar for the DRP, as at the Expiry Date.
