Company as at 20 August 2013. MITI
has vide its letter dated 19 September 2013, recognised the Bumiputera
shareholders in the Company holding 4,638,575 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in
ES Ceramics representing approximately 2.73% of ES Ceramics’ issued and paid-up
share capital as at 23 August 2013 as “Bumiputera investors”. | |
