Query Letter Contents	We refer to your announcement dated 2 August 2013 in respect of the abovementioned matter. In this regard, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with following additional information for public release:- 1. The expected date of hand-over of the concession land to Mega First Corporation Berhad. 2. The estimated development costs of the concession land. 3. The sources of funds for financing the development costs and its breakdown. Kindly furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from the date hereof. 1) The hand-over of the land is expected within 90 days from fulfilment of all major duties by Mega First Corporation Berhad (Party B) and The Royal Government of Cambodia (Party A) as follows:- a) Preparation of a preliminary environmental and social impact study report by Party B for review and approval by Party A; b) Preparation of a cultivation Master Plan by Party B for review and approval by Party A; and, c) Satisfactory resolution of resettlement issues of affected local residents. Assuming all the above duties are fulfilled by the dateline of 30 July 2014, the estimated hand-over date of the land is 30 October 2014. 2) The estimated development cost over an estimated 13-year period is USD84 million, comprising the following: Description USD million Planting cost to maturity 54 Facilities and amenities 17 Vehicles and equipment/machinery 4 Rubber factory 9 Total 84 3) The development cost is expected to be funded by internally generated funds of the MFCB Group.
